MOR PPM Inc.
seeks a general laborer located in Palatka, Florida at the Seminole Plant site.
Performs intensive physical construction labor duties/tasks to complete projects.
Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks depending on project at various construction sites.
The ideal candidate has a sense of ownership, is enthusiastic, is honest, and shows pride in their work and in being part of a team.
Job Title: General Laborer- Palatka, FL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General Labor, lifting, climbing, hosing, working at different heights, enclosed tanks (containers), working inside and outside.
Qualifications & Skills:
Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
Must be able to complete hiring paperwork via DocuSign
May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas
Must have full range of motion consistent with age
Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
