Responsibilities: As a Senior Home Services Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward and maximizing sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include: Riding with our service technicians daily, learning how to identify opportunities and generate leads on every service call.
Developing service calls into major purchases, providing customers with the best solutions for their HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs.
Offering financing options to customers in real-time, facilitating seamless and immediate decision-making.
Ensuring a short sales cycle by capitalizing on immediate installation options, with jobs completed on the same day or next day.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with generous weekly commissions rewarding your success.
Capitalizing on self-lead generation opportunities during service calls to expand your customer base and work the entire neighborhood.
Collaborating with the team to maintain an outstanding customer experience and contribute to the company's overall success.
Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home services industry.
Passion for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, with a strong understanding of the products and their benefits.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with customers and close deals effectively.
