Kevin is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to join his team and provide crucial support.
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of Kevin Howard’s real estate business.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist Kevin Howard with various administrative tasks, organization, and marketing.
Creative writing and social media experience are additional skills being sought, especially in terms of content creation.
Your ability to maintain professionalism with a personal touch is essential as you help encourage people to buy or sell real estate with Kevin Howard and his team.

Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Run errands as needed
Handle various administrative tasks & research assignments
Schedule property showings & prepare necessary materials
Assist with SOPs to improve operational efficiency
Assist with office management & team organization
Track lead sources & flow among team agents
Manage Kevin's calendar
Assist with accounting tasks & record keeping
Marketing Support:
Assist with managing Kevin’s Instagram & Facebook
Source content for social media
Review VA marketing projects & edit as needed
Prepare monthly Realtor Report newsletter
Handle other marketing projects (i.
e.
, post-closing packet, update bio)
Send holiday cards & maintain client touchpoints throughout the year
Listing Support:
Listing Appointment Coordination
Appointment scheduling
Prepare pre-listing packet & listing appointment materials
Appointment follow-ups
Listing Preparation
Draft listing descriptions
Set up lock box & signage at the listing
Assist with property staging
Coordinate photography, cleanings, etc.
Listing Management
Open house coordination & preparation
Gather feedback from showings & inspections
Post-Closing
Remove lockbox & signage at the listing
Assist with closing gifts
Coordinate post-closing activities
Client post-closing drip campaigns
Client Relations:
Update client profiles in the CRM system
Add clients & leads to social media
Manage client gifts, thank you cards, & Master Client List
Client Intake Form requests & follow-ups
Serve as a point of contact for clients to free up Kevin's time
Assist with client events & "pop-bys"
Qualifications:
Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
High school diploma or equivalent required
Great written and verbal skills
Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
CRM software experience is a plus
Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Creative writing & marketing experience, including social media
Ability to learn efficiently online (i.
e.
, webinars, training videos)
Detail-oriented, proactive & dedicated to maintaining a professional yet personal touch
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
