Another room on the first floor has a full-size bed, a desk and chair, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave.
The third room, which is a renovated garage, has a glass top dining room table with two chairs, a TV stand, and a full-size bed.
The bathrooms are shared.
The room upstairs shares a bathroom with another room upstairs.
The rooms downstairs share a bathroom.
The upstairs room and downstairs furnished room rents for $750/month.
The renovated garage room rents for $600/month.
Preference for a person with long-term steady employment, retirement benefits, or government income.
Will not accept anyone with a criminal record.
No pets allowed.
No drugs, alcohol, or smoking permitted inside the house or on the premises.
Each room is being rented to one single adult.
