Seeking male roommate to enter into a 1-year lease ASAP in a 3 bed / 2.
5 bath townhome in a gated community with pool in the F section of Palm Coast.
Home is located off Florida Park Drive and is within a five-minute walk to Publix and Holland Park.
Rent gives you access to a large upstairs bedroom with two windows, a ceiling fan, and closet, plus your own hall bathroom and access to all common areas, excluding use of the garage (there’s off street unobstructed driveway parking for 1 vehicle).
Common areas include kitchen, living room, screened backyard patio, front courtyard and yard space.
Utilities will be separate and split with me – mainly this is electricity & internet, as water/trash is included in HOA dues paid by Owner.
This will run $75-$150 per month (per person) and vary based on the weather and A/C needs.
Would prefer interested individuals to furnish their room themselves, although furniture can be provided and we can negotiate a new appropriate rent amount if that’s the route taken.
Would prefer someone who does not work from home and isn’t working a very abnormal schedule, but open to discussing all possibilities.
No pets, no smoking.
All common areas are fully furnished but discussions can be had regarding bringing other items to be used in the common areas in lieu of needing to store them elsewhere.
As for myself, I’m a 29 year old male working locally in Palm Coast.
I love watching and playing sports, staying active, enjoy cooking, and spending time with family.
Would prefer someone closer in age to me but, again, open to discussing all possibilities.
Rent is $800/month paid the 1st of each month in advance.
A one-month security deposit is required as well.
Will require employment history, rental history, references, and confirmation of financial ability to pay security deposit, and ongoing rent.
