* Responsibilities:
* Planning, scheduling, dispatching and monitoring quality assurance throughout the move process.
* Help with hiring the right crew members and onboarding them
* Taking inbound leads and converting them into actual booked moves
* Maintaining a high rating on Google & Facebook
* Meeting Monthly Revenue & Profit Projection
* Being Consistent, Punctual, Organized, Thoughtful, Fun-Loving, & Heroic to Our Customers.
* Self starter and Independent worker is a must
* Interacting with protentional customers over the phone and in person
* Getting involved with setting up a completely new office/warehouse.
* Helping secure new endevours with other businesses and help generate new business
* Network with City/Counties for contract work.
* Working with securing new contracts and networking with protentional new partners
* Builds relationships that generate business and referrals by networking and marketing company services throughout assigned territory
* Establishes a rapport and builds confidence in The Elite Mover services
* Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of The Elite Mover and
* effectively oppose any objections.
* Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and
* expectations
* Follows up consistently with all prospects in order to grow sales
* Continually develops, creates and manages a robust sales pipeline
* Meets or beats performance standards (KPIs) and objectives
* Uses efficient and effective time management skills
