We are looking for a positive motivated candidate ready to take on any task! This is not a retail cashier position.
MUST have office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and able to handle a high volume of calls.
