Our Ice flavors span the taste spectrum, from the everyday to the exquisite and the eccentric.
Our Gelati is the perfect layering of Italian Ice with our Rich and Creamy Soft Ice Cream.
The Gelati is the showcase of our menu and is a true indulgence! We are hiring both Servers and Shift leads!
Crew Member/Server: Compensation is hourly + tips
Taking guest orders
Serving Jeremiah’s products that consistently exceed expectations in image and quality
Serving all guests efficiently while maintaining superior five-star service
Handling cash and other forms of payment
Answering questions – accurately and politely
Performing opening and closing responsibilities
Offering suggestions and guidance to guests pertaining to our menu and services
Preparing all Jeremiah’s products.
Stocking and organizing the store for maximum efficiency
Maintain knowledge of Limited Time Offers, specials, promotional items, catering orders, Rewards Program, and other operational knowledge
Shift Lead: Compensation can range from $13.
00 – 15.
00 hourly.
Conduct daily pre-shift huddles to review the Launch Pad
Ensure standards and policies are followed
Coach and counsel Team Members
Follow and enforce sanitation standards and procedures; maintain the patio, walkways and parking lot
Ensure side work is complete
Count drawers at open/close
Maintain knowledge of the menu, catering orders, Rewards Program and other areas; ensure Team Members are knowledgeable in all areas as well
Maximize profitability through upselling, portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges, cash handling procedures and community marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications for All:

Job Expectations for All:
Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
